Jean-Luc Seidenberg is Head of Multi-Managers Real Estate Europe, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM). Jean-Luc Seidenberg was appointed European Portfolio Manager for the Multi-Managers (MM) team in August 2011. He is responsible for investment selection and growing the MM client and product franchise as well as the Portfolio Manager for several separate account mandates.

Prior to this, Jean-Luc joined Real Estate (RE) in August 2010 as Head of European Portfolio Management – UBS Global Property Fund (UBS-GPF). Jean-Luc is a member of the Investment and Management Committees for the Multi-Managers team and the Global Property Fund Disposition Committee. Jean-Luc is a guest member of the REPM European Management Committee.

Prior to joining UBS-AM, Jean-Luc was Head of Europe for the Macquarie Office Trust at Macquarie Bank where he was responsible for the entire European business of the Macquarie Office Trust, a USD 6.4 billion listed global real estate fund. Before joining Macquarie, Jean-Luc was responsible for setting up the European Principal Real Estate Investment Group at HSBC Bank Plc. Jean-Luc is an FCA-registered individual. Jean-Luc is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of INREV, the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles. He has 27 years of investment experience and studied at Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (BE) where he obtained a BSc.
In January 2020, Paul Guest was appointed Portfolio Strategist for Multi-Manager Real Estate (MM-RE), a business that forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) within UBS Asset Management. In this capacity, he leads the Portfolio Strategy team responsible for top-down analysis and allocations across products and mandates, while looking to enhance the efficiency and coordination of processes and tools. In addition, Paul is the Portfolio Manager for UBS Real Estate Funds Selection – Global (GREFS), one of MM-RE's flagship co-mingled products.

Paul joined REPM in November 2015 as Lead Real Estate Strategist for Real Estate Research & Strategy. In this role, Paul was primarily responsible for supporting multi-regional investment mandates with qualitative and quantitative analysis of cross-regional economies and investment markets.

Paul is a member of the Fund of Funds and Multi-Manager Investment Committee.
