Fund Objective
The investment objective of the UBS (Canada) Global Real Estate Fund (the Fund) is to provide low volatility, income-producing exposure to global real estate markets on a diversified basis.
Strategy
GREFS is a distinctive offering from Multi-Manager Real Estate within Real Estate & Private Markets business of UBS-AM combining specialist fund-of-funds expertise, with exposure to major global real estate markets on a highly diversified basis.
The fund has exposure to primarily core fund strategies in all major real estate markets of Asia Pacific, Europe and North America via an open-end fund structure.
Sourcing, selection, allocation and monitoring of ‘best-in-class’ investments is performed by a team of experienced portfolio managers and analysts on the ground with a solid performance track record.
